I just felt extremely compelled to let you know how much I appreciated your company, and the people who work for you. I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Pre-runner from your company in April (over a Nissan Frontier I might add), and am still enjoying this experience. I figured this feeling would disappear after a few weeks of owning a new vehicle, but it has not.
I think a lot of the experience has had to do with the people who worked with me. Suzie Hutchenson, Ed Johnson, Duane Weil, Aimee Seaton, and especially Mark Swenson. These folks epitomize customer service. Many point to and talk about what is important in quality processes, but these individuals who work for you really get it. I think that is most likely why even in the midst the poor economics that many of us face (both personal and professionally), that your company continues to shine above the rest. I am sure that you appreciate your folks just as I do, but from a customer standpoint, I would just like to insert a small reminder. It is sometimes hard to find the right equation when combining both business and employees, but you guys got it. Hats off!!! All of these folks treated me like a million bucks, and really felt like one of the family. One cannot make this kind of stuff up.
My last visit with Doxon Toyota was this week. I would like to single out Mark Swenson for going above and beyond during some service work that his area completed. I am really happy with your company�s service. If you could, please personally pass on my thanks, praise, and appreciation to Mr. Swenson and all of the other folks as well who worked with me during this experience.
Additionally, I see many people in a days' time, and will convey to them as well what a great experience Doxon Toyota is. Thanks again, and please keep doing what you do...You've got a great company!
