Wednesday, I was calling down the list of Toyota dealers in WA asking about a plug-in hybrid RAV 4 and striking out. At the end of the list I called Doxon and was connected with Jackson Richartz. He asked if I cared about trim package or model and my answer was no. He said he might be able to get one. Then he passed on our info to Joey Genzale, who took care of us from there. “ I bought my 2017 rav4 se here in summer. It was a used car that was previously in an accident. Dealer was friendly, couldn’t get a lot of negotiation in but given the fact the car had just come in it made sense. They did throw in another spare key that they made. A couple weeks after getting the car I noticed it was leaking through the hatch. I called them and brought the car in immediately. At first I was very frustrated and felt like I was lied to. However, they kept the car for about 3 weeks and sent it elsewhere to try and get it fixed. They eventually figured out the problem and fixed it and gave me the car back and they covered the entire cost. They also offered me a rental car through this whole process. I was just not old enough to use it. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I felt like a valued customer and am very thankful the did the right thing with my car. ”

“ The process at Doxon Toyota was confusing right from the start due to their AI chat system, which makes it unnecessarily difficult to get clear answers. When I dealt with Ken Thompson, he was rude and condescending, and instead of helping, he sent a “personal” video that was clearly pre-made and all about how great he is — not about my needs at all. Very disappointing customer service. ”

Their mechanic/ technicians don't know how fix it and have excuses, they don't fixed my car CS wireless connection, volume button and today they didn't want fix the issue which was unusual clicking sound around front axles cause I refused to pay for diagnose under warranty and waste almost 3 hours for tires rotation ”
