My wife and I just purchased a 2020 RAV4 Hybrid. We worked with Tyler Jackson and he was very personable and did did a great job for us. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful but he helped us find that vehicle that really fit our needs and was within our budget. When we picked the car up he had it detailed out perfectly and was very patient explaining how all the car features worked. The Finance Manager Michael was also great to work with. My overall experience was very positive and I recommend that if your looking for a Toyota to go talk to Tyler Jackson.

I purchased a 2020 RAV4 for my wife here, my overall experience was very positive, no BS very straight shooting sales staff. I worked with Whitney, Ben, and Tyler all three were great , but I'd like to single out Tyler... He is very down to earth, a perfect balance of rapport building and sticking to business. He made sure he understood our situation, and what our goal was and stuck to it throughout the whole process. There was no attempt to have us "settle" on a vehicle that didn't meet the standard of what we asked for. I would send a friend or family member to buy a vehicle at this dealership, and I would definitely recommend working with Tyler.

First of all I want to start by saying “wow!”. I can’t express enough how good of customer service this dealership has to offer. We came in on a night before to look for a SUV for my mom & by next day we were driving out in a beautiful 2017 Toyota Highlander AWD. The people who took care of us were Minh the salesman & Abu in the finance department. Minh went out of his way on a cold night to bring us tons of vehicles to look at. Even after rejecting multiple vehicles, Minh kept on bringing more and showing us multiple options. Abu is the man, he got us an amazing deal! Since the beginning they kept their word on the interest rates. These guys are amazing & this dealership is all about customer service. I didn’t catch the name but the manager that night is super friendly as well & stayed until late to get the deal done. Thank you Doxon Toyota of Auburn. You got yourself a happy client & someone who will refer tons of business to you! 💯

Brought My Toyota Tacoma in for service. I talked to George H. He stayed in touch with me the time that they had my truck. George and his mechanic were very helpful they gave me a loaner car to drive. Took care of the issue I was having with my Tacoma. Definitely recommend George if you are bringing your vehicle in for service. If there was an option for 10 stars that’s what I would give George 👍!!

Set an appointment over email and text with one sales rep, got passed along to another guy, who was unavailable when I arrived during my appointed time, and then passed along to a 3rd person instead. Of course, since he picked up our meeting cold, he had no idea what we were looking for. It turned out that they didn't have the model I wanted, but they had a used Honda that was close. Unfortunately, their asking price was well over $2,000 what kbb and Carfax said was fair (on the high end) for the VIN in my area. Got told at the end of the negotiations that they couldn't give me the Costco deal on it either (which is why we checked out this dealership in the first place). I walked away, and they lost a sale. I'm getting the feeling that this dealership grossly overvalues their vehicles. If you don't have over 20,000 to spend, look elsewhere. 02-24-20 Edit - I got an email from the 3rd sales rep I mentioned yesterday. He was earnest about picking up where we left off. It also appears management is keeping a close eye on their Google reviews, and thanked me for my feedback. I'll update my post here as things develop.

Doxon Toyota has a team of the most customer service oriented employees I have ever encountered. On February 18, 2020, I took my car there in response to a recall notice and to have a scheduled service performed. My service advisor, Ryan Bjorkland, was articulate, personable, efficient, and professional. He listened to me carefully, took care of arrangements for what needed to be done, called in a loaner vehicle for me, and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes. When I returned to pick up my car, the total charges were less than what he had estimated, all work had been completed, and the car was beautifully cleaned and washed. All that - and it was ready two hours earlier than the promised time. Ryan personally walked me to the parts department to get the battery in my key replaced and then walked me to my car. Again, this whole process took less than 10 minutes. Thank you, Ryan, for making my visit to Doxon the most pleasant car maintenance experience I have ever had!

I am a senior, woman, who owns a 2002 Toyota and the original key wouldn't work to open up the car doors. I called a local Federal Way locksmith and got the quote of $200 to make a new key. I called Doxon Toyota parts department to see what they would charge. Bring in your Id & car title: the cost to cut my car key ended up at around $26.00...plus I got a 2nd one. The people who assisted me were just the best, and could not be more considerate and helpful. After cutting the key the manager was so thoughtful and went out to my car and made sure it worked. I always thought going to a dealership would be an uncomfortable and very expensive experience... but the opposite was true. I would recommend this place highly.

I called last week to get my car into the shop to figure out the lovely dash light problems. I wanted to drop it off and borrow a loaner. I was told that I couldn't have a loaner unless my car was going in for major repairs. Me: What exactly is an assortment of three dash lights? Her: We don't know if it's a major repair without a diagnosis. Can't authorize a loaner. You'll have to make an appointment. Me: Fine. Has to be late so I don't have to arrange for a sub. Her: 3:30 on Friday? Me: Sure Wednesday, I get a confirmation call for my oil change and diagnostic. I call back to cancel the oil change that I didn't need or ask for. Today, I show up for the diagnostic and to wait while they figure it out. The service advisor tells me that he's really sorry, but with there only being an hour left in the mechanics' day, he's worried they wouldn't be able to diagnose the problems, get the car fixed, put back together, and he doesn't have a loaner car for me if they can't finish. So.....NOW I have a 7:30am drop off on Monday, that I wanted to do any day this past week, for a diagnostic appointment, and the *** LOANER CAR that I tried to arrange the first time I called over this mess. What a huge inconvenience that was. I'm thankful that the service advisor got me taken care of. I just wish it had happened more efficiently. She didn't listen, she scheduled me for a service I didn't ask for, and she didn't schedule me at a time of day when what I needed could actually be done. I've always had spectacular service here. I'm hoping this was just a dumb hiccough.

This is for their service department. I'm not here to talk about price or competitiveness, they're a dealer, so no new news there. I will say the customer service is, to say the least, above their competition. Waiting areas are well kept, a separate kids room, and quiet room for adults. There is a Starbucks coffee machine along with a steady stream of cookies (why anyone would want to get amped on sugar and caffeine prior to receiving the bill they know that's coming is beyond me) as a convenience. What I like the most is that the service writers come looking for you, and provide regular updates on your vehicle. The vehicle wash and vacuum service is just icing on the cake. When I need dealer service, this is where I come.

I was interested in a specific Vehicle and Samantha @ Doxon Toyota responded to me withing 2 hrs and was able to meet with us same day. Even though the specific vehicle I was looking for was not available at the lot, Samantha was wonderful in helping find a way to get that done. Samantha kept me in the loop of expected delivery dates and called with a surprise the vehicle had arrived 2 days ahead of schedule. Not to mentioned the vehicle had the exact options we agreed upon and was in superb condition. She made the close paperwork super smooth, everything in line with agreement made on ordering day. The Finance officer was super helpful too. From the moment you walk in the door a friendly person greeting you to Samantha commitment to her word and delivering on customer promise- the experience was made very pleasant and would definitely recommend Samantha and her Team at Doxon Toyota for your buying experience.
