My Wife and I brought her 2015 RAV4 in for service today. Rob has been our service advisor for many years and has provided outstanding service and honestly has treated us like family. When he switched to servicing only oil change clients, we have had Bill as our advisor for over a year now and he has been incredible like Rob. You need more advisors like these two, as they truly understand professional customer service, something that is rare to find these days. The service Bill provided us with on February 4th, 2026 was beyond amazing. From answering all of our questions in both a kind and competent way, to going far and beyond in helping us with our service and saving us big money on a oil change package deal. My Wife has English as her second language and Bill is so kind to be patient with her and explain what needs to be done to her car. We were so happy with Bill's service that we wanted to find some tangible way to thank him, other than just saying thank you. His reply was, having you both as my customers at Doxon is thanks enough. This is what true professional service is all about. Rob and Bill have provided us legendary customer service, especially in an area that many people are ripped off. We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying a RAV 4 from Doxon Toyota. Literally against all odds, the sales manager Jackson found us the model we wanted in Oregon and had it brought up to Auburn. Amazingly, even though this model was very, very hard to find, Doxon didn’t mark up the price over MSRP. That certainly was a nice surprise. We then had a magnificent experience working with Joey Genzale to test drive and purchase the car. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Joey - he is a breath of fresh air in the car sales arena. This was our fifth car purchase, and I’ve never had a sales person who was so obviously dedicated to making sure we had a great experience and ended up with the car we wanted. Last week we had such a wonderful experience with Doxon Toyota that we still can’t believe it. Wednesday, I was calling down the list of Toyota dealers in WA asking about a plug-in hybrid RAV 4 and striking out. At the end of the list I called Doxon and was connected with Jackson Richartz. He asked if I cared about trim package or model and my answer was no. He said he might be able to get one. Then he passed on our info to Joey Genzale, who took care of us from there. Half a day later both my husband and I had spoken with Joey and it looked like we were going to able to get our hands on this elusive car! By Thursday evening, Joey called to tell us the car was ours. The car had been secured for us and would be in Washington at Doxon by Friday night. Joey was as excited as we were about getting this car! He is incredibly personable, kind and very easy to talk to. We arrived Saturday afternoon completely gobsmacked that everything was unfolding so quickly. During the three days before we met Joey in person, I was impressed with his dedication. He was answering after hours texts before the car was even ours. In the past my husband and I have bought 4 cars in Seattle. We always dread the actual sitting down and talking about buying part. Inevitably at some point it gets uncomfortable… talking about prices, add-on’s and knowing how much extra the dealership is trying to get out of you. During our experience with Doxon it did not get uncomfortable in any of those typical ways. Joey made us both feel relaxed when we test drove the car and when we sat across from him at his desk. Kathy Dang helped us sail through the financial part. She was also very genuine and approachable. We never felt like we were being upsold or that she had a price point she was trying to meet. I felt like we were treated fairly and kindly by Doxon. Again the amount of care and time that Joey dedicated to us was outstanding. We can’t say enough good things about Doxon Toyota and Joey. We will be sending our friends his way.

My husband and I hate buying new cars (as evidenced by the fact it had been 26 years since he last bought a new car)! What an unexpectedly pleasant purchasing experience yesterday at Doxon Toyota. Not only did they have the best pricing on the Toyota Sienna Woodland edition he was after, but the staff who helped us were fantastic. Sahir handles sales where the customers are not walk in, but rather have reached out on line. When we met him in person he was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and polite. (He even found us a bow to put on the car to take a photo, since, i mean this is a once in a quarter century event!) Kristine handled final paperwork and explained various warranty add ons etc. She also was personable,knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Kristine made this process not feel like simply a sales pitch to add on to the price. As far as the dealership, which has been family owned since 1938 I believe, it was top notch. Not only did it have state of the art technology to help the process along; (Loved Kristine's desk which turned into a giant electronic sheet of paperwork-easy for aging eyes to see and read and sign-. ) But there was also a full coffee shop (if you wanted more than the complimentary coffee and tea), with friendly attentive staff. The space is clean and spacious, with ample waiting room space, and even a separate room for the kids to play in (soundproofed and stocked with toys). Spending a few hours here while completing the purchase on this car one gets the sense it IS a family business that takes good care of its employees, who then in turn take good care of their customers. And if car purchasing is statistically the second biggest purchase you're going to make, what better place to go do it than where you'll find a professional, helpful, friendly team and the best pricing (that my husband found any way). Car dealerships generally have a bad rap as being not friendly and you pay a higher cost for service. Quite the contrary with Doxon Toyota. A family member let me know of Doxon as I had recently bought a used Tundra and it needed service. Over the last two years I’ve had to bring my truck in to be serviced and the staff is knowledgeable and they let you know precisely what they’ll be working on and a cost associated. What I also love is if you plan ahead you can no get a loaner car while your vehicle is being serviced. This is a tremendous! I also love that they will text/call to let you know the status and updates as well as to inform you when ready! I’ve had nothing but a great experience and will continue to bring my truck here for service if needed. I feel the cost they charge for the perks they have with a loaner car and the friendly and helpful staff is fair and reasonable. I bought my 2017 rav4 se here in summer. It was a used car that was previously in an accident. Dealer was friendly, couldn’t get a lot of negotiation in but given the fact the car had just come in it made sense. They did throw in another spare key that they made. A couple weeks after getting the car I noticed it was leaking through the hatch. I called them and brought the car in immediately. At first I was very frustrated and felt like I was lied to. However, they kept the car for about 3 weeks and sent it elsewhere to try and get it fixed. They eventually figured out the problem and fixed it and gave me the car back and they covered the entire cost. They also offered me a rental car through this whole process. I was just not old enough to use it. I am very satisfied with my purchase and I felt like a valued customer and am very thankful the did the right thing with my car.

Bought a car from this place. My salesman was trying to be deceiving and lie to me about adding GAP to the sale. He said I had to add it to get a lower interest rate, which was a lie. I denied it. They are shady and very unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place for a car.

First time ever visited Doxon Toyota in Auburn. Though service was quick but some of the employees are extremely disrespectful. Gentleman "Bill" sitting at the front desk for service department has no manners and have no patience to listen to a customer's concern. Obviously he had to show his white privilege to a person of color. The lady who helped me just asked his opinion about my concern, and he started arguing with me. I was trying to explain him the issue but he kept cutting me off and wouldn't listen. He then said, "so you want us to find a needle from the hay". Didn't want to fully listen to my concern at all. I didn't want to say anything and be disrespectful to him and decided to walk away, but he continued yelling and telling me that my vehicle is under warranty for 3 years or 36000 miles. Mr. Bill that's why I was trying to tell you my concern because my vehicle is under warranty and that's why I wanted to point out the issue and possible get resolved. Your tantrum was not appreciated.

Almost $700 for $15 spark plug. $300 for diagnosis, $300 for labor, etc. I will not go here for any repairs. Toyota as a company should be ashamed to have dealerships like this.

Their mechanic/ technicians don't know how fix it and have excuses, they don't fixed my car CS wireless connection, volume button and today they didn't want fix the issue which was unusual clicking sound around front axles cause I refused to pay for diagnose under warranty and waste almost 3 hours for tires rotation
